I don't think that the rise of teen pregnancy is caused by peer pressure. You aren't forced to have sex and most people know that. I think a lot of it comes from condoms breaking or sheer idiocy. I do however know a few people that planned their pregnancies so they could get away from their parents and marry the guy that got them pregnant... which is stupid. You may no longer be tied down to your parents but now you have a kid and a husband to deal with. Great trade right?
