Sick Days

I don't think it will affect me too badly. By not using subs we have experienced teachers that know how to handle rowdy students because they are around them all the time. But I don't think it's fair to make other teachers give up their free time to deal with another teachers students. Teachers s hould have regular subs not full time teachers pretending to be subs.
